Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time includes order verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Processing times may be extended during high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs

Lost or Stolen Packages
HMD Fabrications is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Inspect the package immediately upon delivery

Take photos of the damaged packaging and product

Contact hmdfabrications@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
We will evaluate the situation and assist with a replacement or claim when appropriate.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment only.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
