HMD Fabrications Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received

  • Returned in original packaging, including all hardware and components

  • Proof of purchase is required

To request a return, contact us at hmdfabrications@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged on arrival).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. HMD Fabrications is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hmdfabrications@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of automotive exhaust products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed or test-fitted products

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Modified or welded products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Any product showing signs of installation, heat cycling, exhaust residue, or damage will be refused.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different product:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item

This ensures faster processing and inventory accuracy.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing

  • Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund
